Anyone who's interested in amateur astronomy. Especially good for seeing the moon's craters up close, or for seeing the Galilean satellites orbiting Jupiter.
The telescopes come with an easy-to-use instruction manual, a pocket guide of constellations, and magnification chart.

A clear night, preferably in a rural area with little light pollution.
- Telescope must be borrowed from and returned to MHL.
- Lending period is seven days. Telescopes may be renewed two times if no other patron is on hold for one.
- Borrower must be 18 or older; picture ID required.
- Borrower must sign the Telescope Borrowing Agreement at time of checkout.
When you come in to pick up the telescope, you'll need to fill out and sign the MHL Telescope Lending Agreement form.
