Quarantine & Mental Health Virtual Series: Mindfulness and Meditation Class

Practice clearing your mind, being in the present moment and reducing stress in this 30-minute mindfulness meditation class. You will learn how to practice daily mindfulness and calm your mind and body with meditation. Participants are welcome to find a quiet, comfortable space to relax and join mindfulness teacher, Lauren Masse in this Zoom webinar.

Lauren Masse is dedicated and committed to supporting others in their mental and physical wellness journeys. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Public Health from UMass Amherst, and her Master’s of Public Health from Boston University, where she focused on the health effects of chemicals and pollutants. She later became certified as a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. With over five years of experience in the public health and wellness field, Lauren is equipped with extensive knowledge in preventative health, mindfulness, and environmental toxins. Her favorite wellness topics are stress-reduction, nutrition, and mindset. She recognizes that there is no universal approach to health, which is why she provides a mixture of holistic and scientific methods to address each client’s unique challenges and goals. Lauren is proud to provide empathetic and empowering support to those looking to take charge of their lives, sustainably adjust their dietary and lifestyle behaviors, and develop a deep sense of self. Lauren is particularly passionate about supporting a movement of modern parents who are mindful of the powerful effect their health has on their family. As a Children’s Mindfulness Coach, she also enjoys working with parents to incorporate beneficial mental health strategies into their home.

The final class in the virtual series is another 30 minute mindfulness and meditation session on Monday, January 25th at 7:30pm.
