Participants are welcome to find a quiet, comfortable space to relax and join mindfulness teacher, Lauren Masse in this Zoom webinar. Practice clearing your mind, being in the present moment and reducing stress in this 30-minute class. Learn how to practice daily mindfulness and calm your mind and body.
Lauren Masse is dedicated and committed to supporting others in their mental and physical wellness journeys. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Public Health from UMass Amherst, and her Master’s of Public Health from Boston University, where she focused on the health effects of chemicals and pollutants. She is certified as a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Lauren is particularly passionate about supporting a movement of modern parents who are mindful of the powerful effect their health has on their family. Through Mindful Minis Boston, she offers mindfulness classes for kids.
