Stephen Gallant was born and raised in Ipswich MA. He is the owner of Plum Island Surfcasting Guide Service and a first mate for Obsessed Charters out of Newburyport. He has had several articles on surfcasting published in The Fisherman and On the Water and Surfcasters Journal. He specializes in surfcasting the North Shore after dark in search of trophy stripers.
