Come learn how to locate vital records and how to use surnames as clues for fleshing out rich stories in your family tree. Practical tips for deciphering old German script will be covered.

Katherine Schober is a professional German-English translator specializing in genealogy and the old German script. She holds a Master of Arts in German Language and Literature. Originally from the German-American suburbs of St. Louis, she now resides in the Boston area with her Austrian husband.
