On Thursday, March 8 at 7:00pm, learn how to transform your lawn and gardens into “Greenscapes,” which encourage plants and turf to develop deep roots more resistant to drought, weeds, and disease. By using these environmentally friendly techniques, homeowners can save on water bills, nurture a healthier landscape, help reduce stormwater pollution, and protect our community's water resources. The presenter is Robert (Rusty) Russell, Executive Director of the Merrimack River Watershed Council. This program is a collaboration of the Andover Municipal Services Department, Greenscapes North Shore and the Andover Seed Library at Memorial Hall Library.
