The Next Chapter Book Club is a community book club for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Join us to enjoy good stories and fun conversations.

The Next Chapter Book Club meets the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month at 4:00pm. Meetings take place in Alcove I on the ground floor. 

We encourage members to come to as many meetings as they can. The first several meetings we will be enjoying some short stories together that we can finish within the hour. Depending on the interests of members we may choose longer books that will be read together over the course of several weeks. Books will be provided at each meeting. 

Readers and non-readers at all levels are welcome to join in the fun. We will read a book aloud together, taking turns, discussing the plot and characters, making connections, and making friends.
