The Memorial Hall Library Board of Trustees has authorized the use of this form. The person who has a concern about a resource, display or program provided by the library may fill it out and return it to the Library Director who will evaluate the original reasons for the selection of the resource, display, or program. The Library Director will then respond to the person making the objection. If there are any remaining objections, they may be brought to the attention of the Library Board of Trustees.
