About the Addison Gallery of American Art
Home to a world-class collection of American art, the Addison Gallery presents an adventurous exhibition program, hosts a vital artist-in-residence program, and works collaboratively with students and faculty at Phillips Academy and in neighboring communities. Through its ongoing query What is America?, the Addison seeks to engage with the history of American art and American experience—past, present, and future.
