She will share updates on Mass Audubon’s new strategic plan and the work that is happening on the North Shore, including the new partnership with the town of North Andover. Amy Weidensaul is the Director of Mass Audubon’s North Shore region. She started with Mass Audubon in 2018 and previous to joining Mass Audubon, Amy worked for National Audubon running a 1,000-acre sanctuary in Maryland and more recently overseeing conservation programs throughout Pennsylvania. She holds a BS in Biology from the University of New Hampshire and a M.Ed from Lehigh University in non-profit leadership. She received her PhD in Environmental Studies at Antioch University.
