Meet the Band

Ralph Tufo plays the accordion, piano, Anglo concertina and Cajun accordian. He was a founding member of the Boogaloo Swamis, four-time winners of the Boston Music Award and largely responsible for introducing Cajun, Zydeco and New Orleans music to New England. Ralph is also a prolific songwriter, with over 40 songs to his credit.

Guitarist Larry Plitt, a veteran of the San Francisco folk rock scene, won the 2007 Boston Folk Festival Singer/Songwriter contest. His playing is rooted in the Piedmont and Delta blues styles and peppered with Cajun, Zydeco, Celtic and classical influences.

Drummer Mike Migliozzi draws on rock, jazz, funk, punk, reggae, folk and theatre. A former member of the Boogaloo Swamis, he's appeared and recorded with numerous area musicians, including Louisiana legend, Jesse Lege.

Harmonica player Geoff Wadsworth has performed with Ben E. King, The Coasters, Chuck Berry, The Drifters, and the Boogaloo Swamis. He's a graduate of the Berklee College of Music and the owner/producer/engineer of The Sound Cellar, a multi-track recording and music production facility.

Andy Solberg plays bass, fiddle and guitar, and covers everything from fingerstyle jazz to western swing. He's played with many bands, including the Boogaloo Swamis.
